1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RedirectFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RedirectFlow is a redirect management platform that allows you to:

• Create and manage URL redirects
• Deploy redirects to Cloudflare Workers
• Track redirect analytics and performance
• Manage multiple websites and environments
• Access our API for programmatic management

3. Account Registration

To use RedirectFlow, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Contact support to request a refund within the eligible period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RedirectFlow to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create redirects for phishing, malware, or fraudulent purposes
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

6. Cloudflare Integration

By connecting your Cloudflare account to RedirectFlow:

• You authorize us to create and manage Workers on your behalf
• You are responsible for your Cloudflare account and any associated costs
• You must comply with Cloudflare's terms of service
• You can revoke access at any time by removing the API token

7. Service Level Agreement

For Business and Enterprise plans, we commit to:

• 99.9% uptime for our dashboard and API
• Priority support response times
• Service credits for qualifying downtime

Detailed SLA terms are available for Enterprise customers.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property: RedirectFlow and its features, including software, design, and content, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your redirect configurations and data. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (including Cloudflare)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedirectFlow and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

By You: You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law.

Effect: Upon termination, your access to the service will end. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
