Google Search Console Integration

Import 404 errors and monitor SEO performance.

Overview

Connect RedirectFlow to Google Search Console to automatically import crawl errors and create redirects for broken URLs. This integration helps you:

  • Import 404 errors as redirect candidates
  • Monitor indexed URLs vs redirected URLs
  • Get alerts for new crawl errors
  • Track redirect performance in search results

Setup Instructions

1

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations in your RedirectFlow dashboard.

2

Connect Google Account

Click "Connect Google Search Console" and authorize RedirectFlow to access your Search Console data.

3

Importing 404 Errors

Once connected, RedirectFlow will automatically fetch 404 errors from Search Console. You can:

  • • View all 404 errors in a dedicated dashboard
  • • Filter by date range, URL pattern, or error count
  • • Bulk create redirects for selected errors
  • • Use AI suggestions to find the best destination URLs
Example 404 Import:

Source URL | Hits | Suggested Destination
------------------------|------|----------------------
/old-blog/post-123 | 156 | /blog/post-123
/products/discontinued | 89 | /products
/team/john-doe | 45 | /about#team

Required Permissions

RedirectFlow requests the following Google Search Console permissions:

RedirectFlow never modifies your Search Console data. All access is read-only.

Automatic Monitoring

Enable automatic monitoring to receive alerts when new 404 errors are detected:

  • • Daily or weekly digest emails
  • • Slack notifications for high-traffic 404s
  • • Webhook events for custom integrations
  • • Dashboard alerts with suggested fixes
